Description
"Bleu III" is a triptych painted by Joan Miró in 1961. It consists of three panels, of which this one is the most minimal. The elements in this abstract landscape seem threatened with disappearance. On the same monochromatic background, only three elements remain: the thin line from "Bleu I," seemingly halted by a red bar in the upper corner, while one of the black dots from "Bleu II" appears to be moving downward, as if exiting the chromatic field.
